Bite & Brew was founded in 2024 with a simple purpose: to serve rich, small-batch coffee and healthy brunch while creating a space where the Ottawa community feels at home.
We source all our green coffee beans through direct-trade agreements, ensuring farmers in South America are paid well above market rates. Closer to home, we work with organic dairy and vegetable farmers throughout the Ottawa Valley to bring fresh ingredients to your table.
